A2: Of course, We are one of members of the BSCI qualification and auditing program many years ago. We also pass the Factory audit with Sedex - 4 pillar audit which engage two additional areas with environment and business integrity. We have pass the audit of good manufacturing practice(GMP) which controlling Manufacturing facilities must maintain a clean and hygienic manufacturing area, including laboratories and storage.
Q3:Are you able to make customized design?
A3: Yes, we can make new mould/shape/logo/packaging as customers require.
Q4:What is your MOQ?
A4: Our MOQ is usually variable, we accept small quantity for trial order. Please contact us for more information if there's a need.
Q5: Does the company get any quality certificates?
A5: Yes, all product tests can be passed by third party of INTERTEK, SGS, etc.Certificated Approved: FDA, LFGB.
Q6: Did your company export to USA and EU?
A6: Yes, our goods have been selling to North America, Europe, Middle East and so on, since 2005.
Q7: What are your payment terms?
A7: In generally, we quote FOB Shenzhen price, payment 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance against copy of B/L.
Q8: What's your production Lead-time for bulk order?
A8: Generally it takes 20-25 days for quantity of 2 * 40HQ and 30-35 days in peak season or OEM designs.
Q9: What's the lead-time for samples? And what about the cost for samples?
A9: 10-15 days for OEM designs and shapes. We will charge the sample according to the design. The sampling cost will be refunded once we get your order.
Q10:What are the type of package for paper products?
A10: PVC Box,Brown box; Color box; White box; Pallet, Display box or according to your requirements.
Q11: where is your closing port?
Q11: ShenZhen, YanTian Port.
Q12:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A12: Quality is prior.
Q13: How can I get a sample?
A13: Storage sample without copyrights, which is free if you pay the shipping cost. A new setup fee must be paid for the custom design print sample. Sample time: 7 ~ 10 working days.
Q14: How long is your production time?
A14: We are generally accepted 20 to 25 days after we have received all of your order confirmation.
